Adult Jiu-Jitsu

Adults want to learn jiu jitsu for different reasons. Some want to learn jiu jitsu for self defense, others just want exercise or stress relief. Some people may be looking for a team or family atmosphere.

At CDA Jiu-Jitsu, you will get all of these and MORE!

Our Adult program includes traditional Jiu Jitsu and NoGi Jiu Jitsu. The Adult Jiu Jitsu program is led by Rigan Machado Black Belt, Professor Shawn Lawrence.

Kids Jiu-Jitsu

Our kids program is ever growing! Led by Professor Jeremy Seda, this program provides kids with the confidence, discipline, and control needed to not only compete at a high level, but to tackle this crazy world of ours!

Our Adult program includes traditional Jiu Jitsu and NoGi Jiu Jitsu.

Muay Thai Boxing

Our Muay thai boxing program is routed in the traditional-style of Muay thai. Learn this ancient martial art and feel equipped to compete as a Muay thai fighter.

Led by Josh Walker, adults and kids will learn striking from one of the best!
