Our Adult program includes traditional Jiu Jitsu and NoGi Jiu Jitsu. The Adult Jiu Jitsu program is led by Rigan Machado Black Belt, Professor Shawn Lawrence.
Our kids program is ever growing! Led by Professor Jeremy Seda, this program provides kids with the confidence, discipline, and control needed to not only compete at a high level, but to tackle this crazy world of ours!

Muay Thai Boxing
Our Muay thai boxing program is routed in the traditional-style of Muay thai. Learn this ancient martial art and feel equipped to compete as a Muay thai fighter.
